We partner with Stripe to provide easy online payments. Inside your dashboard, you can create a new Stripe account or connect an existing one. Your clients will be able to access their client portal to pay invoices to your Stripe account.

Yes, clients and vendors can be sent an invite link to access their portal. Clients are able to approve quotes and pay invoices. They can also view their quote, invoice, and receipt history. For auto-billing, clients can add and manage payment methods.

Recurring invoices are invoices that repeat on a regular basis. Some examples include monthly fees for consulting services or installment schemes. Just create the invoice once, specify how many times and how often you'd like the invoice to repeat, and we'll handle the ongoing invoice creation for you.

For recurring invoices, you have the option to automatically collect payment when the invoice is made. Note that your client must provide a payment method in their client portal in order to be eligible for auto-billing.

After enabling multi-currency support in your dashboard, you will be able to specify currencies on clients/vendors, products, and projects as well as your default organization currency. Purchase orders, invoices, etc. can then be entered in either your organization currency or the vendor's currency. We will automatically suggest an exchange rate but you can change this as needed.

When enabled, users will only be able to sign in via your SSO provider (when accessing the dashboard via your custom domain or vanity URL). You can configure this in seconds from your dashboard with visual instructions for popular SAML providers. We also support SCIM to automatically sync user accounts from your SAML provider to Invoiced.ai.
