Recurring Invoices
Recurring invoices allow you to create invoices on an ongoing basis for recurring revenue. For example, these may be ideal for monthly retainer fees, monthly maintenance fees, subscription payments, or payment installment plans.
Frequency
Specify how often you want the invoice to be created. We support a wide variety of frequency types including days, weekdays, weeks, months, and more.
Duration
Specify how many times you would like the invoice to recur. We call these cycles. For example, an invoice created every 2 months with 4 cycles would result in 4 invoices created over a duration of 8 months. You can leave this blank to recur the invoice forever.
Automatic billing
Clients may provide payment methods from the client portal. This allows automatically settling payments on recurring invoices.
Overdue invoice pause
You may optionally choose to pause recursion when an invoice is overdue. For example, if your client fails to pay the third installment by the due date, the fourth installment will not be created until the third installment is settled.
