The Client Portal allows for your clients to see their organization information, billing information, and accounts receivable transactions.
On the Organization Information page, clients can see their client information in the same manner that it appears to you in your organization's dashboard.
For privacy purposes, the Notes field is not visible to the client. Additionally, most fields are not editable by the client. Clients may edit fields that pertain specifically to their entity, such as their currency, VAT #, email address, and similar fields.
On the Billing Information tab, clients can provide payment methods used for auto-billing of Recurring Invoices.
From the Transactions section, clients can view quotes, invoices, and receipts.
When viewing quotes, clients will have the option to approve any quotes pending their approval.
When viewing invoices, clients will have the option to pay any invoices with an outstanding if you have configured Online Payments.
