Essential Details
The Essential Details tab controls most information about your organization.
Fields:
- Organization name: the name of your organization as it will be displayed on printed documents such as purchase orders and invoices
- Contact email: this is the email we should send correspondence about your Invoiced.ai account
Localization
Fields:
- Timezone: the primary timezone of your organization; this will be used to determine the timezone of dates entered in the interface such as those for transactions and automations
- Date Format: the default date format that will be used in official documents
- Numbe Format: the default numbe format that will be used in official documents
Currency Configuration
Fields:
- Currency: the default currency that will be used for entering values in the interface
- Enable multi-currency: enable to allow entering transactions and projects in a vendor's currency with per-transaction exchange rates to the organization's currency
Custom URLs
Fields:
- Subdomain: enter a vanity name for your organization's dashboard
- For example, a value of
MyOrg will make your dashboard available from myorg.invoiced.ai
- Domain: enter a vanity domain for your organization's dashboard
- For example, a value of
portal.myorg.com will make your dashboard available from https://portal.myorg.com

Custom SMTP
If your organization wishes to send emails from your own SMTP and email address rather than Invoiced.ai's email address, you can enter your connection details here. Your organization's IT or similar department should be familiar with these configuration details.
Logo
Upload your logo as it will be used on official documents such as purchase orders and invoices.
Addresses
You can enter any relevant addresses for your organization. Addresses will be printed on official documents such as purchase orders and invoices. When sending invoices or checks by mail, you can choose one of these addresses as the return address for faster entry.
