ClickUp

The ClickUp tab allows integrating with ClickUp to import billable time automatically.

To get started, click the Authorize button to sign in with ClickUp.

Once your account is linked, two tables will appear on the ClickUp tab.

Projects table

You can use this table to link your ClickUp lists to Invoiced.ai projects. When billable time is imported from ClickUp and the ClickUp list has been associated with an Invoiced.ai project, the imported time entry will be assigned to the appropriate Invoiced.ai project.

Users table

You can use this table to link your ClickUp users to Invoiced.ai users. When billable time is imported from ClickUp and the ClickUp assignee has been associated with an Invoiced.ai user, the imported time entry will be associated with the appropriate Invoiced.ai user.

Importing time

There are three ways to import time from ClickUp:

• Time will automatically be synced with Invoiced.ai as you update it in ClickUp.
• You can set up Automations to automatically import time from ClickUp on a regular basis.
• At the bottom of the ClickUp tab, click the down arrow next to Reauthorize and choose Manually Import Time to initiate a time sync.
